Celebrate your child’s birthday in style at Homestead Gardens! Our Birthday Tent, situated in the picturesque east field, is the perfect setting for a fun and memorable party. This spacious tent measures 30′ x 30′ and provides a stunning backdrop for your special day. The rental package goes above and beyond to enhance your experience, including extras such as reserved parking nearby for guests’ convenience. Kids will have a blast playing, while picnic tables and benches under the tent offer everyone a comfortable spot to enjoy the festivities. To ensure your event runs smoothly, we provide a cooler stocked with ice for your refreshments, food tables, and climate control options as needed. Our dedicated HG Attendant will be there every step of the way, assisting with setup, serving, and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. Children will also have the opportunity to meet and learn about our friendly animals during an interactive tour, adding an extra touch of excitement to the day.

Homestead Gardens offers a private area for your child’s birthday party. Here in Homestead’s Birthday Park in Davidsonville your guests can enjoy the great outdoors, meet our barnyard animals, “play” and celebrate your special day. Our birthday tent on-site is decorated “seasonally” with plants, trees and shrubs, ready for you to add your personal touches.
Our Basic Birthday Package includes:
- 30’ x 30’ Pavilion Tent
- Reserved parking immediately adjacent to our Birthday Park
- Our large jumping pad for the children to enjoy
- Picnic tables and benches under the tent & around the parameter
- Table(s) for food, beverages, birthday cake display etc.
- Fans or heaters as weather determined
- Waste Containers
- HG attendant to assist you during the party with loading and unloading, setting up, serving and cleaning up. You will be able to enjoy your child’s party
- Meet Homestead’s Barnyard Animals – Children will have the opportunity to see & learn about goats, chickens and cows
Rental fee: Includes all of the above
- Two (2) hour party up to 25 guests – $450.00
- Two (2) hour party up to 50 guests – $525.00
- Two (2) hour party up to 100 guests – $725.00
- Additional hours – $75.00/hour
- A 20% deposit is required upon confirmation of your party
Please note: In the event of inclement weather, your party will be rescheduled
