Dear Female, It’s Time to Stop Depriving Yourself.
I’m fed up with seeing female bodies break down. Mainly because my body isn’t working properly and I know how frustrating it is. With the PCOS, my hormones are a mess. I’m doing everything I can to learn and apply these principals to my situation for healing purposes and longevity. The beautiful thing is that they apply to all females.
It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to get pregnant or have 5 kids. It doesn’t matter if you’re a teen going through puberty and waiting for your first period. This information applies to all females because it’s what our bodies need to thrive. This isn’t main stream information or anything your doctor will tell you. Unless you have a great, holistic doctor. This information is from pioneers in the functional medicine industry. Doctors, professionals and humans who give a shit like I do to make the world a healthier, happier place.
Now, this nourishment IS ESPECIALLY important to women trying to conceive to prepare their bodies for fueling another little body and for pregnant woman. Getting optimal nutrition is IMPORTANT for avoiding pregnancy complications, birth complications and baby complications. Remember, what you eat affects you, but affects baby more because it’s growing! It doesn’t have an immune system yet. Your diet dictates how well your baby’s body will be put together.
This is the information I give to clients, friends, family because it’s expected if you exercise and want to feel better, a huge part of that is putting in the effort to get your nutrition on par. And believe me, from the research and real life cases, women feel exponentially better when they give their bodies what it needs. Makes sense right?!
It’s time to stop depriving yourself. It’s time to stop putting yourself on the back burner. It’s time to start putting forth effort into the things that will change your life. And it’s all connected to what you consume.
Here’s a fact, we don’t get enough nutrients from the food we eat, even if it’s paleo, organic or gluten free. It simply isn’t possible in today’s world to get adequate amounts. I’m not a big proponent of multi-vitamins because most are highly processed and undigestible by our bodies. Where the ingredients came and how they were processed matters so do your research on your multi-vitamin or any other supplement you hear about.
Of course, these are general outlines that most females should follow. If you have special conditions or are on medications, always consult your physician or naturopath.
What this daily regime will do is balance your hormones, allow your genes to repair and express themselves, rid your body of toxins, regulate your whole system not just one individually.
