Movement is a Choice to Flex Your Power ‘Muscles’
This is: HOW I CHOOSE POWER. This is how I show up. This movement is authentic, real. I can’t hide from my weakness. I can’t hide from my jiggles. Movement is coming face to face with where you’re at, and CHOOSING MORE. It’s surrender to what is. It’s a struggle of the greatest kind because the reward is positive and beneficial. It’s a choice to be better.
Before this *workout, I truly contemplated just going home. I was hungry and wanted to veg after a long day. But I CHOSE me. How often we forget that we even have a choice?
I chose….choice and power and strength and health and joy and sweat. In the moment, I loved every second of the challenge. Moving my body felt amazing as I worked on mobility, stability and strength.

Movement is therefore the first choice in flexing your power ‘muscles’. What’s simpler than saying yes to moving your body? Not a whole lot besides sleeping and eating. And even those two things can be difficult for some people. Choosing is power. Speaking up is power. Flex on.
Getting in touch with your body is the more primal, basic thing you can do to creating change. If your life is chaotic, move. Dance. Run. Walk. Your body is craving to get wild, so do it. Let go. Be free. Clarity and purpose come from a rapid heart beat, a sweaty brow, a heaving chest.
This is the first step in my upcoming programs. I’m so excited to design great things for women everywhere. And now you know, the first step is stepping up to the bar, plate, turf, mat and choosing you. Movement is your foundation to greatness lady, let’s rock.
