Keto Diet Helps Me Avoid Sun Burn!

With our current state of being, we need to be pro-active in our health care. What we feed our bodies will help or hinder it’s ability to fight off disease, colds and other toxins.

This means we must actively choose the healthiest whole food options and properly processed supplements to help our bodies fight to keep us alive. Because that’s what your body does, it works to keep you alive. Have you ever thought about that before? All your body wants to do is live long and healthy enough to reproduce. We’re animals of Earth after all!

With our sophisticated brain though, we seek joy, fulfillment, love and much more. We have aspirations of success! Whatever success means to us. It’s to a point now, where big business has over run what is truly good for us. There is a desperate call to educate ourselves on the healthiest pathways to a life of happiness and gratitude because what we’ve been told for the past 5 decades has created a very sick population.

Melanoma and cancer are consistently on the rise despite what the government and big business has told us about applying more sunscreen or staying out of the sun. How can this be?!

Well, all this while, we’ve also been told to eat more grains and less fat. Grains good, fat bad. What has this done to our bodies? It’s given us cancer.

Carbohydrates aka glucose feeds cancer cells. They love their sugar! Less fat, more sugar means our hormones and immune system can’t function optimally putting them at a disadvantage when it comes to kicking cancer cell’s butt! Our skin’s ability to absorb sunlight to create Vitamin D decreases with less fat because our cells need cholesterol to process it. Without fat, our skin burns. With adequate amounts of fat, our skin can properly fight off rays, decreasing our rate of lobster skin!

One thing I ponder – what did humans do before sunscreen was invented? Clearly we were exposed to the elements for a long, long time and never suffered the alarming rate of cancer we see today.
