Rebuild a Strong Momma Core Foundation with Head Tilts
Head tilts are an extremely low intensity movement for new moms to start rebuilding their core. Perform 10-15 at least 3 times a day in addition to Core Bracing and excellent posture! Your baby can lay on your chest for these movements, enjoy the cuddles!
Your core can not heal if you’re slouching constantly, which I know is hard when feeding a new babe. Prop the baby in your arms up higher with a pillow or blankets so you can sit up taller.
When standing, remember to squeeze butt cheeks, tuck tail bone and this will instantly engage the core. This also helps you stand in great posture. Do this when cooking, standing in line, bouncing the sleepy babe!
