How is it that Diastasis Recti and Postpartum depression made it as the focus of the same episode? Well… we covered the (some) preventative measures for both and the correlation between the two.

You can listen in and hear Joy struggle to pronounce “diastasis” and hear both the ladies get very passionate about choosing the path for a healthier you, to set yourself up for greater quality of life postpartum. Getting and staying active is proven to decrease the chances of suffering from postpartum depression and lessen the chance for severe  diastasis recti.

If you want to join in this episode mission/challenge is to figure out/practice bracing your core and completely relaxing your pelvic floor. It is no easy task… but its a good one.
