Dear Women Everywhere,

I’m here to proclaim this: It is scientifically researched, time and time again, that exercising while pregnant does nothing but GOOD THINGS for you and your child. The two physiological processes go hand in hand!

Browse a parenting magazine or check out “Exercising through your Pregnancy” by Clapp from the library. It’s a growing trend (finally!) that exercise is safe and rewarding for mother and child(ren).

The misconceptions have been drowning women for far too long!

There is absolutely NO need to sit around for these 9 months! It will actually make you feel worse if you do so. Like I said, activity + pregnancy = happy body/mind/spirit.

There are health exceptions. Women who have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, history of birth complications, or other chronic illnesses should always consult with their doctor and ob/gyn before beginning an exercise routine, no matter what.

So here at BBA, we’re here for you and all your pre/during/post Bump needs! Check back for more content on exercising (and more) regularly 🙂
